Participating in the online group Flourish led by Megan was a rewarding and meaningful experience. Megan is an excellent teacher and brings her ample experience in yoga, breathwork and meditation to the group, creating an inviting space of trust and acceptance. The weekly yoga asana practice videos, reflections, and journaling were just the right complement to the weekly live group sessions. I started the group eager to explore my inner world yet hesitant to share, and as the meetings progressed I became more self-aware, confident, and at ease by learning from the experience of others. Fortunately, Megan is offering additional Flourish courses in the future and I can't wait to join again and undoubtedly recommend to anyone ready for personal transformation.
